Question:
Is there a cradle kayak carrier rack that will work with my 2015 Honda CRV factory installed cross bars?

By cradle carrier I assume you mean the saddles. If I'm wrong let me know which style you mean and I'll make a different recommendation.
If a saddle carrier is what you're looking for I suggest the Yakima DeckHand # Y04083-2. It is confirmed, by Yakima, to fit the factory crossbars on your 2015 Honda CR-V. The carrier can also be locked to your roof rack using Yakima's SKS Lock Cores # Y07202.
I also recommend using the Malone T-Style Hood Loops # MPG308 to make it easier to find attachment points for the bow and stern tie-downs.
