Will the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider Clear the Bumper on a 2011 Kia Soul with Curt Trailer Hitch

I bought this rack from you last year. Does this fit under and behind the bumper of a 2011 Kia soul? Have not bought a hitch yet for the Soul. Looks like the Curt is higher off ground, but not sure if the Curt and this rack would fit....

Yes, the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider # HR200Z will clear the bumper and fit your 2011 Kia Soul with Curt trailer hitch # C11110 installed.
Curt also says you have to use stabilization strap # 18050 when using this hitch for any non-trailer load (such as a bike rack or cargo carrier) per their warranty requirements. I have linked a video showing how the strap works.
