How can I make that?

You would need to take a section of wire like the part # 10-1-1 (sold by the foot), and on one end run it to the main ground circuit on the trailer connector and then from there run it to each of light assemblies. This will bypass using the aluminum frame for grounding which doesn't work well because aluminum does not conduct electricity well.
