Is Install of Curt Front Hitch # C31015 the Same on 2016 Ram 2500 as Install Video for 2010 Ram

Question:
I plan to order and install the # C31015 on my 2016 4x4 Ram 2500. I watched the installation video which shows the trimming of the air dam or fascia trim, or whatever it is called. It shows the top of the receiver as being 13inch from the ground. Yet, on my 2016 Ram 2500 the bottom of the air dam is 15inch from the ground. I plan to check the fit prior to any trimming I do. I just wondered if you knew if there is a difference in the installation between the video you have on your website, a ram 2010, and the ram 2016? Thanks in advance.

Ride height on trucks has a tendency to go up over time we have found. I am not surprised that your 2016 Ram 2500 would have a higher ride height vs. a 2010 model.
Fit and trimming would be the same on your truck but the hitch ground clearance would be different.
