For the TruRyde Lubed Dust Cap and Rubber Plug # DC250L-DCRP referenced in your question, which has dimensions of 2.45 inch x 1.52 inch x 1.18 inch, you can use the Redline Dust Cap Driver Tool - Medium # 290-992.
This can be used for installation, removal and servicing trailer hubs without denting the dust caps. I have attached a short video demonstration on this product for you to check out.
