AM10235 Are these tires recommended for a single axle car dolly? The tow dolly is rated at 3500 lbs.

The Karrier ST205/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire referenced in your question will work great on your single axle tow dolly. This will work with 14 inches wheels and has a maximum load of 2,040 pounds at 65 psi. Combined, two of these tires on your tow dolly will exceed the dolly's capacity so you will not need to worry about them being under-rated.
If you have a 15 inch wheel, then I instead recommend the Provider ST205/75R15 # TR20515D.
