what is the distance between the mounting holes center to center of the vertical flanges? Also what is the total width of the hitch?

I spoke with my contact at Curt and the distance between the mounting holes from center to center on the Curt Front Hitch part # 31310 measures 30.68 inches. The overall width of the hitch is 33.5 inches.
