Yes, the Andersen Trailer Hitch Lock and Adjustment Pin Lock Set # AM3493 that you referenced would work just fine in the hitch of a 2017 Ram 2500. It includes a standard diameter 5/8 inch hitch pin with a very wide span of 3-5/16 inch.
So if you have a 2 inch or 2-1/2 inch hitch this would work well with it.
