Question:

I purchased a Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver for a 2017 Chevy Bolt EV part #24956. The features list says Drawbar, pin and clip sold separately. What else do I need to purchase if I want to lock my bike rack to the receiver and keep it from moving/rattling? Thanks.

The drawbar would only be used if you were towing a trailer and the 2017 Chevy Bolt EV is not rated for towing so you would not need the drawbar.

I checked your order notes and it looks like you ordered the BikeWing (Discontinued) LGA54FR. This rack has a threaded hitch pin which provides anti-rattle abilities. To lock it you can use padlock # 131D through the hole at the end of the threaded hitch pin.
