Lugs on my trailer. 5 Bolt. 2 closest are 3inch C 2 C 2 across are 4.75inch + - 1/16 Is the wheel needed 15X6 5on 5

Based on the dimensions you have the bolt pattern you have is 5 on 5 inch like what you mentioned. For that we have the part # AM20538DX for a silver powdercoated wheel that is 15 inch diameter by 6 inches wide.
