Sounds like you may be looking for an axle kit like the Timbren Axle-Less part # ASR35HDS02. This is a 3,500 lb axle setup that has a 4 inch lift built into it and is spaced out for off-road tires. For an idler hub that fits it with a 6 on 5-1/2 inch bolt pattern we have the part # AKIHUB-655-6-K.
