Question:
Have a 1999 5th wheel 40foot that doesnt have enough bed rail clearance with my 2017 f350. Reducing truck spring spacers not an option. flipping the axle seems my only option - do you sell the overunder kit?

Expert Reply:
We do offer two trailer axle over-under kits that can lift your 5th wheel's height to better match your 2017 Ford F-350 tow vehicle.
Kit # K71-385-00 fits 3-inch diameter axles and kit # K71-384-00 fits 2-3/8-inch axles. Each one will give a total lift approximately equal to the height of your leaf spring stack + the axle diameter. So for example, using the 3-inch axle kit along with a 2-inch tall spring stack means approximately 5-inches of frame lift.
For reference I have linked a diagram showing recommended truck-to-trailer clearance distances for 5th wheel towing.
