Depth of Hitch Pin Hole On LSU Hitch Cover

Question:
I am wondering if this would fit in the hitch of my 2017 Toyota Tundra. I know its a 2 inch hitch but my current hitch plug is too deep to reuse.

The hitch pin hole of the LSU Hitch Cover # AMG100246 is about 2-1/2 inches from the back of the front plate and about 7/16 inches to the back of the shank.
