Today we're going to be taking a look at the Louisiana State University two inch hitch cover from AMG. The hitch covers going to allow you to show your support for the LSU Fighting Tigers. It's going to add a clean finish look to your hitch and it's going to help keep dirt and grim out of the receiver tube of your hitch. The hitch covers made from a steel construction. It's going to feature a black-powdered coat finish which is going to provide great protection from rust and corrosion. Here on the front we're going to have the chrome plated metal emblem.
It's going to feature a nice rust-proof and fade-proof design. The products made right here in the USA. It's going to come with a foam gasket that's going to help reduce rattling between the hitch and the hitch cover. This is an officially licensed product. The hitch cover does require a hitch pin and clip or a hitch lock for complete installation.
Those items are sold separately but if you're needing one you can find them right here at Etrailer.com. The pin holes on this hitch cover will accept a standard five-eighth inch diameter pin. We're going to take a look at the hitch cover face dimensions. Overall widths going to be about five inches. Overall heights going to be about three and a half inches. The distance that we have from the back of that foam pad to the center of the hitch pin hole is going to be about two and a half inches.
Again, this is designed for two inch by two inch hitch. Very simple installation. All you have to do is slide this piece into the receiver tube of your hitch. Line up the pin holes and secure by installing a hitch pin and clip or a hitch lock. That's going to do it for today look at the Louisiana State University two inch hitch cover from AMG..

Like new….still! We just returned from a 6 week, 6000 mile trip pulling this Jeep in all types of weather. I washed the Jeep yesterday, this hitch cover still looks brand new. Good job to whoever made this one.
