I have a 6 x 12 trailer with a down gate can these be welded instead of bolted on? Or do u have one like this that can be welded on? Im including a pic of my trailer. It has a 4 ft gate

While you can weld stainless steel to regular steel there are special requirements and takes experience to avoid distortion of the metals by the heat. We have a similar item, # SL716, but it is zinc and also has special welding requirements. There are several online resources on welding various types of metals if you are interested in the specifics.
