Ball Mount Replacement for 12 inch Drop and Trailer Sits 1 inch Too Low

Do you have a trailer hitch with a 13 in ? We just got your hitch with the 12 And it just lowers the trailer 1 inch lower than the hitch we have

We have 12 inch drops and we have 14 inch drop ball mounts but we do not have a 13 inch. Going an inch lower would be better than an inch higher though.
But you did say that the 12 inch drop put your trailer 1 inch lower than that your hitch so that would mean you would want an 11 inch drop instead like the part # 80248.
