If I was to put a tow bar on. What is the easiest of all your bike racks to fit and unfit for a 50kg female. Really only need it for one bike.

The biggest issue is we don't have a confirmed fit for a trailer hitch receiver for your 2015 Range Rover Sport. However, if you were able to find something or have one made by a local welding shop, I recommend the Thule Apex XT 2 Bike Rack for 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting # TH9024XT or the similiar and lighter Thule Helium Pro 2 Bike Rack # TH9042PRO. Each of these racks has a really nice structure and design to make them easy to use. They come with a lock for the bikes to secure them to the rack and the locking hitch as well. Both carriers will hold bikes securely and have a tilting function that is easy to use to gain access to your cargo area. They are light weight and easy to store when not in use. With a hanging rack, I recommend the Swagman Deluxe Bike Frame Adapter Bar for Women's, Children's, and Alternative Frame Bikes # 64005 to hold the bike(s) level and give you ground clearance.
