Yes, for the outer link for 8 inch trailer frames use # EQ90-02-5378. The inner is # EQ90-02-5208. The outer for 10 inch frames is # EQ90-02-5379 and the inner is # EQ90-02-5210. If you change the outers you also have to change the inners if you don't already have them.
