Is this Hopkins wiring harness a 4 diode or 6 diode system?

Technically Hopkins wiring harness # HM56200 is a 4-diode system but it uses a converter box instead of separate diodes. So if you are looking at supplemental braking systems you are going to need to use the brake light relay # RM-88400 to prevent the towed vehicle's brake signal from overriding the turn signal from the RV when applying the brakes during a turn.
