For your 2016 Jeep Patriot, the Hidden Hitch Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 87606 is basically the same hitch as the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 75712 made by the same manufacturer. This is a nice hitch that will work great with the Kuat NV 2.0 2-Bike Platform Rack - 2" Hitches - Aluminum - Tilting - Metallic Black # NV22B or the Orange and Gunmetal Gray model # NV22G. This bike rack is great in either color and will allow you great functionality and stylish look. It comes with all of the locks needed to secure your bikes to the rack by the front wheel as well as securing the rack to your hitch receiver. You will be very pleased with this hitch receiver and bike rack combination.
