Would like to make sure LC314336 will work on this suspension before I purchase! I did measure existing equalizer, it appears to be very similar! Can I reuse existing shackles and bolts?

Since your Lippert axle is rated for 4,400 pounds normally you would use Equa-Flex system # LC279687 which was designed for 3K to 6K rated axles like yours. But if your existing equalizers are close to 14-5/8 inches long from eye center to eye center then you would have to use the longer ones, # LC314336.
You can reuse the shackles and bolts that you have.
