Question:
I just bought a trailer hitch from you for my 2014 Rav and did not get a ball or the other part that holds the ball. What size and parts do I need?

To find the right ball mount you need to tow your Coleman Popup Camper level you can take a couple of quick measurements. Park the trailer and your RAV 4 on level ground. Measure from the top of the trailer receiver opening to the ground. Then measure from the ground to the bottom of the coupler on your trailer. If the hitch height is greater you need a ball mount with a drop. If the trailer coupler height is greater you need a ball mount with a rise.
Take a look at your trailer coupler and it should have the hitch ball size needed. You will probably need a 1-7/8 or a 2-inch hitch ball.
I have attached links to the ball mounts we offer that are designed for a 1-1/4 inch receiver opening you can check out.
You will probably need a hitch ball with a 3/4-inch shank. For a 2-inch ball I recommend part # C40018, and for a 1-7/8 inch hitch ball I recommend part # C40001.
You will also need a hitch pin for the ball mount. I recommend part # C21410.
