Does CE Smith Deep V Keel Roller CE10403G Have a Weight Capacity
Updated 03/28/2017 | Published 03/27/2017 >
Question:
My 2120 Robalo weighs in at 3500 lbs. Will these rollers stand up to that weight? I will put a 12 in at the back, and two 8 inch on the keel 6 feet apart. The trailer is a tandem all aluminum.

Helpful Expert Reply:
The rubber keel roller # CE10403G does not have a weight capacity though it is designed to support the added weight of heavier boats. At any given time, it is not likely that any one roller will have to support the entire weight of the boat so it is not really a concern. If you are replacing a roller then the key is to get one that is the same size as the previous roller.
