Question:

First my switch was corroded. I replaced the switch. Now the motor turns I can see the shaft coming out of the motor but the screw doesnt turn in either direction. I am guessing that somehow the motor became disconnected from the screw, completely unrelated to the switch, but I cant seem to see how to disconnect everything meaning the motor from the screw. There are four allen head screws with very small nuts on the end of the motor. There is not much room for an allen wrench with the legs up like they are. Can I manually lower the legs somehow? Is it possible something broke in the connection or more likely something just slipped out of place? How do I get the motor off or at least get the motor disconnected from the screw to see whats going on? The picture is of the space between the motor and the screw.

For your stabilizer jack part number 198641 that you referenced the replacement motor part # LC138445 will be what you need as the gear box portion of the motor is not available separately.

The replacement crank handle # LG-119226 will allow you to manually crank the LCI model 113407 electric stabilizer.

I have linked the instructions for the manual override for you to better see where it attaches. With it lower you should be able to access the needed hardware to remove the motor.
