I have a solution for you. Andersen has the Trailer Hitch Lock # AM3493 that is designed to be used with the Andersen EZ Heavy Duty Adjustable Hitch, #EZ Heavy Duty Adjustable Hitch.

The Andersen hitch lock pin is made of stainless steel with aluminum caps and has a breaking capacity of 30,000 lbs. This lock is designed for 2 x 2, 2 x 2 oversized and 2-1/2 x 2-1/2 inch trailer hitches.
