Does Greystone Griddle # WAY94FR Run on High or Low Pressure

Question:
There is a control knob on the photo. Nothing says or shows if this grille operates on high or low pressure Some have two regulators which wont work correct with a camper propane tank. It has a quick disconnect/connect which should mean low pressure operation ? Just clarifying before we order and drive 70 miles and it does not work.

The Greystone Gas Grill # WAY94FR is designed for low pressure propane like most RV propane accessories are designed for.
