What Circuits do the 2 Wires on a Trailer Surge Brake Actuator Wire To

Question:
I have a six 6 pin connector from my truck to my boat. The two wires coming off the surge brake... what wires do you connect them to on the 6 pin?

Your surge brake setup has an electric lockout solenoid. Either one of the wires on your brake needs to run to the reverse light circuit on your trailer connector and the other wire needs to ground. Doesn't matter which you use as they are not polarity sensitive.
On a 6-way the most likely pin to carry the reverse light circuit would be the center pin.
