How to Keep Exhaust Pipe from Rubbing Against Curt Trailer Hitch # 13841 on a 2004 Nissan Frontier
Updated 03/23/2017 | Published 03/22/2017 >
Question:
I just bought this hitch and the side bracket rubs on the exhaust pipe. I have read on some forums that this is common with this truck. What is the workaround?

My contact at Curt said that you will need to manipulate your exhaust to fit around the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13841. This can be accomplished by either bending the hangers that are holding your exhaust or possibly getting longer hangers.
