Kenda # AM30790 is the tire and wheel combination you're looking for. It's a 5.30-12, load range C tire with a max capacity of 1,045 pounds at 80 psi.
The wheel is a 12-inch white spoke wheel with a 4 on 4 bolt pattern and 2.8 inch pilot hole.
