For a replacement U-Bolt closest to your measurements, I have the Replacement U-Bolt with Nuts, part # 1753223, which is for 1-1/2 inch wide, square axles. We also sell these U-Bolts in a pair, part # SP01-120.
The Replacement U-Bolt, part # 1753223, will work great with your 1-1/2 Inch, 1800 pound capacity axle. U-Bolts do not typically carry a weight rating.
