The Adapter Rails for Curt Sliding Fifth Wheel Hitches # C16022 is designed to fit specific Curt sliding hitches. It will not work with your Husky EZ Roller.
What you will need instead is the Reese Fifth Wheel Adapter # RP30154. This will allow any ISR fifth wheel hitch to be used on a Ram with the factory prep package.
