My truck already has rails installed, so eill the E16 work for me? I have the standard 69inch box.

Yes, if your truck already has a set of fifth wheel rails installed in the bed of it the Curt E16 hitch part # C16115 would fit them and work fine. This hitch is designed to fit the industry standard fifth wheel rails like what you have that are 22 inches apart on center from front to back.
