How to Access the Back of the Base on Opti-Brite RV Interior Strip Light ILL70CBSBAWN

Question:
Dont want to break anything. How do you get the back off to install this? Thanks!

If you grab light # ILL70CBSBAWN and hold the base with one hand you can pivot the light part up, almost like it is hinged. The gasket has an adhesive on it that makes it seem like the 2 parts are all one piece but they aren't. I tested this out myself and it worked beautifully.
