For your 2009 Heartland Bighorn, I recommend the Curt Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs # 13703 if your frame is 22 to 72 inches wide. If it is wider, you can use the Ultra-Fab 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver for 5th Wheel Trailer Frames # UF35-946403.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
