The Thule Stacker Rooftop Multi-Kayak Carrier # TH830 mentioned in your question is compatible with the Rhino-Rack 2500 Square Bar Roof Rack for your 2013 Kia Sportage with the naked roof. This roof rack system consists of # RRVA126B-2 for the two 49 inch long Aero Crossbars, # RRRLKVA for the 2500 Series Legs, and # DK259 for the Fit Kit. The Stacker will mount onto square crossbars with a maximum width of 3 inches and a minimum crossbar spread of 24 inches. The Rhino-Rack crossbars have a width of 1-1/4 inches and the spread on your Kia Sportage will be just over 29-1/2 inches.
