I have a 2013 Jeep with a custom stubby bumper with weld on d-ring tabs. I would like to attach a blue ox hitch to the weld on tabs. Is this possible with the hitch itself or is there an adapter for that purpose?

It sounds like you are looking for a tow bar that can attach to the d-rings on your Jeep's custom aftermarket bumper. We do offer many tow bars including some that can be used with d-rings. These are offers in two sizes. Part # RM-035 fits 3/4-inch d-rings and # RM-035-1 fits 1-inch d-rings and allows a Roadmaster motorhome-mounted tow bar such as their Falcon 2 # RM-520 to connect to the Jeep bumper.
