Hello, My 5th wheel is a 1991 Dutchmen Classic, and my vent is in need of replacing in my bathroom. The numbers after taking it apart are Ventline V2094 I measured the opening from inside after the garnish was taken out, and it measures slight 14x14 Inches. Will this assembly work to replace mine?

Yes, vent assembly # V2094SP-28 will fit in place of the old vent you have. The rough opening size for most roof vents including this one is 14-1/4 inches square. But I stress the "rough" part of rough opening because it can be a little off from 14-1/4 inches.
I also recommend installation kit # 344270KITW which includes hardware, Butyl tape, and sealant.
