What are the Dimensions for the Legs on CE Smith Post-Style Guide-Ons

Please advise the actual length of the horizontal attachment legs. Thanks

The legs in the CE Smith Post-Style Guide-Ons, # CE27670, measure 15 inches on one end and 12 inches on the other end of the L-shaped leg.
The white tube covers measures 18 inches without the caps. The caps by themselves measured 2 inches tall.
