To determine the amount of rise or drop you need you'll also want to measure from the ground to the bottom of your trailer's coupler. Then find the difference between the 22 inches of your hitch receiver and the measurement of your trailer.
I suggest the B&W Tow & Stow # BWTS20049B that will provide up to 7-1/2 inches or rise or drop. It also has all three standard hitch ball sizes. The advantage of the Tow & Stow is the feature to flip the ball mount around under the hitch when not towing. This keeps it out of the way when accessing your truck's bed. Also, many states are implementing laws that you cannot keep your ball mount sticking out of your hitch receiver when not towing. The Tow & Stow will keep you legal.
If this doesn't meet the drop requirement you need I've linked our selection of 2-1/2 inch ball mounts for you to take a look at.
