For your 1994 Honda Accord 4 door, I recommend the Roadmaster XL Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # 1523-2. I recommend using Loctite Threadlocker # LT37420 for this installation. This is compatible with the Roadmaster StowMaster Tow Bar - Car Mount - 2" Ball - 6,000 lbs # RM-501. I recommend using a coupler lock like # e98888 to secure your vehicle.
I recommend using safety cables like RoadMaster 68" Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables - 6,000 lbs # RM-643, and the diode wiring kit # RM-154.
For a braking system, I recommend the Blue Ox Patriot Portable Braking System - Proportional # BLU37TR. This is a wireless system that connects to your 12V. It sits on the floor of the vehicle and connects to the brake pedal.
