Question:

Hi, I have Terra3500 on my Honda rancher.The synthetic rope scored hawse fairlead and caused fraying of rope while plowing. Put on roller lead so rope glides easily. Is this OK. Have no choice What are the cable part numbers to replace?

Yes, you can use a roller fairlead, just be mindful that a sythetic rope can get pinched in the corners of the rollers and be damaged as well. It isn't an ideal solution, but it is an acceptible one as long as you are aware of the possible issues. You may want to consider using a cable if the issue persists.

I recommend using # DL24104. This is 1/4 inch diameter and 50 feet long. It is a fit for your Superwinch Terra Series ATV Winch SW1135230 now that you've added the rollers, but you can always stick with the synthetic and just replace it with Replacement Synthetic Rope for Superwinch Terra Series ATV Winches - 50' x 3/16" # SW87-42613.
