Helpful Expert Reply:

There are several types of 5-lug hubs, the most common one for trailers being the 5-on-4-1/2 variety as found on Timbren kit # A35RS545. The linked article will help illustrate the different patterns found on trailer wheels.

Although I understand your interest in matching the appearance of the Jeep and trailer wheels, do note that auto wheels are not suitable for use on a trailer. The offset of vehicle and trailer wheels can differ (offset is where the tire center sits relative to the hub face). Positive offset moves the tire center closer to the trailer; negative offset moves it further away.

You will want to use trailer wheels fitted with special trailer tires to ensure compatibility.
