will a soft roll up of a 2008 chev fit my 2004 gmc 6.5 ft box

There was a generation change between a 2004 GMC Sierra and a 2008 so a tonneau from one would not fit the other.
For your 2004 GMC Sierra with 6-1/2 foot bed we have the part # 834532006380 by Access which is our most popular option.
