I am building a 500 gallon water trailer for all-weather road project. Want to use electric brakes. What are compatible electric brake, hub/drum, and wheel for TASR5200S03.

For a brake drum to fit the Timbren kit part # TASR5200S03 that you referenced you would want the part # 8-201-5UC3-EZ. Then for a matching assemblies you would need # AKEBRK-7R-SA and # AKEBRK-7L-SA for either side.
The part # TA57VR would be a great fitting wheel and tire combo that has a 2,540-lb max load at 65 psi for each wheel/tire.
