I do have a solution for you, but we do not carry the Reese brand of trailer hitches. We do offer a Draw-Tite hitch that will fit your 2013 Dodge Journey just like the Reese hitch will. A Draw-Tite trailer hitch is basically the same as a Reese hitch made by the same company since Draw-Tite is one of Reese's sister brands.
The trailer hitch that I recommend for your 2013 Dodge Journey is the Draw-Tite Max-Frame # 75648. This is a Class III hitch that will work with your LED light and has a Max Gross Trailer Weight of 4,000 lbs, with a Max Tongue Weight of 400 lbs. Keep in mind that you will need to check your owners manual to see what the towing capacity is for your Journey.
If you are going to be towing then you will need some wiring, a ball mount, and a hitch ball as well. The wiring that I recommend for you is the Tekonsha T-One Wiring Harness # 118536 which will give you a 4-Way wiring harness. A good starter kit for a ball mount and hitch ball that we sell is part # 989900 but you will want to measure first to see if you need a rise or drop ball mount. Check out the helpful article that I attached that gives you more information about that.
I have attached some demonstration videos for you as well.
