We do have some RV steps that are 30 inches wide. They're all electric steps from Lippert and I've linked the selection for you.
One example are the Lippert Electric Tread Lite Step # LC353621 which has steps that are 30 inches wide and 8-1/2 inches deep. To mount these to your RV you'll also need the hardware kit # LC118155-72.
If you don't want electric steps, or need more than two steps, the TorkLift GlowStep Revolution Scissor Steps # TLA8002 have three steps and measure 27-7/16 inches wide. These also have a landing gear to make them more stable on the ground. There's also glow-in-the-dark tape on each step so it's easier to see at night.
