Supplemental Braking System Recommendation for Flat Towing 2017 Ford Explorer
Question:
I have a 2017 Winnebago Grand Tour 45RL and a 2017 Ford Explorer Platinum with adjustable brake pedals. What supplemental braking would you recommend and what other parts would I need. I already have the blue ox base plate and wiring installed.

The best one-time install supplemental braking system for your 2017 Ford Explorer is the Air Force One, part # SM99243, because your Winnebago has air brakes. You want a system designed specifically for air brakes to prevent false braking on the Explorer.
If you were looking for something that installs very easily but has to be set in the vehicle floorboard every time you want to use it the Blue Ox Patriot part # BLU37TR would be what I would recommend.
The most popular tow bar from Blue Ox Alpha is the part # BX7380 which would work well.
