I am looking for replacement lights that equate to NAPA part numbers 50-40282R3 lamp with stop/running/brakes, sealed and 50-19200Y3 clearance light, amber. Can you help me?

Part 40282R3 refers to a Truck-Lite brand round red-lens light. We have the Optronics stop/turn/tail light # ST45RB which is a direct replacement. This light uses a 3-prong plug # A45PB and can mount using grommet # A45GB.
Part 50-19200Y3 refers to a Truck-Lite brand rectangular amber clearance light. As a direct replacement we have Optronics # MC65AB.
