We have 13 inch wheels that have the 4 on 4 inch bolt pattern that have a 4.5 inch width. I recommend the Dexstar Steel Mini Mod Trailer Wheel - 13" x 4-1/2" Rim - 4 on 4 - Black, # AM20242. This bolt pattern and size does not have a hub cap that will fit but they look really nice with chrome lugs like # 12CLN. I have linked the page of all our 13 inch 4 on 4 bolt pattern wheel options for you.
There isn't a 4 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern standard trailer wheel. If you do have this bolt pattern, I recommend replacing your hubs to work with standard wheels.
