Im looking for chains for my 2014 Toyota Tundra. Tires 275/65R18. I would like actual chains, not cables. I need them by Saturday. Recommendations?

We have several tire chains that are designed to fit the tires you said you have on your 2014 Tundra.
One of the tire chains I recommend are the Titan, part # TC2828CAM. these chains are made of low-carbon steel and feature v-bar studs that grip the ice very well.
Another nice chain is the Glacier Twist Link Snow Tire Chains, part # PWH2228SC. These are a standard twist-link chain that includes cam-style tighteners.
You will want to check your owner's manual to see if there are any restrictions about tire chain use on your Tundra.
